If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, Cocinella will refund to the Customer all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including the cost of the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Cocinella has been informed of the Customer's decision to to revoke the agreement. In the case of sales contracts, Cocinella may withhold reimbursement until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Cocinella will not be refunded.
Cocinella will refund the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer made the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.
Article 8: Warranty
Pursuant to the law of 21 September 2004 concerning the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has statutory rights. Article 16: Applicable law - Competent court
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law with regard to applicable law and with the Rome-I regulation on international purchase agreements concerning movable property. In case of disputes, only the courts in Dendermonde are competent.
