For all items that can be shipped:
- For Belgium, the shipping costs are 5 Euro for a purchase amount less than 50 Euro, from 50 Euro the delivery is free. (up to 2kg)

Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in delivery must be immediately reported by the Customer to Cocinella.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Cocinella.
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Cocinella until full payment has been made by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of Cocinella's retention of title, for example to anyone who would seize the articles not yet fully paid for.
When a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly entered address or when a package has not been collected at the collection point within the specified period, the package will automatically be returned to our store. For a second shipment, shipping costs will be charged regardless of the total cost of the order. The shipping costs are determined by the prices that our courier services use to send a package to the relevant country. As soon as we have received payment for the shipping costs, we will immediately return the package.
If the right of withdrawal applies:
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last shipment or the last part.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify bvba De Clippel, Cocinella, Stationsstraat 21 - 9300 Aalst 0032 785 675, [email protected] by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication regarding his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must return the goods immediately, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he makes his decision to withdraw from the agreement to BVBA De Clippel. communicated, return or hand it over to Cocinella, Stationsstraat 21 - 9300 Aalst. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
If the returned product or the original packaging in which the product is sold has lost value in any way, Cocinella reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The customer is also responsible for returning the product to be returned to us in safe and sturdy packaging. The sender is held responsible for damage incurred during the return shipment process.
Only articles that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or stained will not be refunded.
The refund of the returned products, including the initial delivery costs if they were included in the invoice, will take place within 14 working days of receipt by Cocinella at the latest. However, the refund does not apply to the costs of resending products. Those costs remain at the expense of the customer.
If the Customer cancels the agreement, Cocinella will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including the cost for the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Cocinella has been informed of the Customer's decision to to cancel the contract.
